Accidentally made 100 font. Now can’t change back to 10. Please help

Would you like to give us a hint what program you are using, or shall we
guess?
I can’t tell if you are talking about a program you wrote, or your
text editor, or the terminal/command line console, or IDLE, or some
other IDE, or your web browser, or what.

Your IDE has a config somehere. Just rename the folder and start the IDE again.
