New User, and New to python, and programming for that matter

I have been able to learn from watching other programmers via social sites and adapting. So i was wondering if there is an area where i could submit what i have to date and get it evalled, only to see if i am going in the right direction. I am knocking this up as part of my Model Railroad obsession, and that it is for my own enjoyment.

Thanks

michael

You can try Code Review Stackexchange. Be aware that there the crowd is extremely conscious of any code or style problem, so as a beginner you will probably be blown away with loads of advice. Most of that will not be applicable to your level.

For specific questions there is a Python tutor mailing list (Tutor Info Page), or you can ask a question here.

Menno,

Thank you for the heads up, I will keep that in mind.
