I think Petr initially didn’t want to post the direct link due to scrapers / spammers / etc - I’m not sure if we have joining approvals on at the moment?

There’s an “Invite People” link on the menu:
By default the link expires after 7 days but you can reduce it or set it to never, and/or set a max number of uses:
