Here are the updates for the months March, April and May-
- Shortlisted PyPI Organization Account Project RfPs
- Interviewed shortlisted teams
- Finalized PyPI Organization Account Detailed Scope
- Set up project board and prepared for development team onboarding
- Managing the project- weekly team meetings, ensuring there are no major delays, internal testing
- Prepared for and conducted first user interview
- Initiated Python Packaging Vision/Strategy project- this has been delayed as we intend to work with an external consultant to improve the survey questions
- Initiated Packaging Fellowship project- this is still a work in progress and the document will be shared with the community once it has been finalized and reviewed
