lors de la desinstallation de cython j’obtiens ce message 
pip uninstall cython
Found existing installation: Cython 0.29.28
Not uninstalling cython at /usr/lib/python3/dist-packages, outside environment /usr
Can’t uninstall ‘Cython’. No files were found to uninstall.
quelqu’un pourrait il m’aider ?
My guess is that cython was installed by apt.
In which case you will need to use apt to remove it.
