In mac they use EXPORT and in window they use SET. So if mac use IMPORT what word should we use in window's command prompt?

Hi there,
I am following a Youtube video on how to build a template. Since the guy in the video use Mac and he used “IMPORT SECRETS” after he installed “FLASK-WTF” I wonder what is the equivalent of “IMPORT” in Window’s Command Prompt? (for example, we are using SET in Window to substitute EXPORT in Mac) Please advise?
