While thinking about the maintenance burden that is upon Core developers for CPython, the first solution that we think of is increasing the number of maintainers for the growing code base.
What If we tackle this from another frontier?
What can be done to make the work of current core developers easier, enabling them to work faster & better. These could be tools, processes, management… etc
I’d be interested in contributing to such solutions myself.
