Currently if user want to pass local function within `multiprocessing`, according to [lambda - Replace pickle in Python multiprocessing lib - Stack Overflow](https://stackoverflow.com/a/66027412), It is tricky and not robust.

I am wondering if it is possible to add more robust way to manually assign the `Pickler` to `multiprocessing` facilities.
