_Announcement:_

The **blurb** tool is used for creating changelog news entries for CPython.

It used to live in [python/core-workflow](https://github.com/python/core-workflow) but has now moved to its own home at [python/blurb](https://github.com/python/blurb).

Please update your bookmarks and create **blurb** issues and PRs at the new repo.

See [python/core-workflow#329](https://github.com/python/core-workflow/issues/329) for more information.
