Can a Python Based Browser Run on a Server Like PythonAnywhere.com?

Hello,
I’m new to this space and would love to hear the thoughts of others here.

Would it be possible to run, view and utilize this browser Qute on the server PythonAnywhere.com:
Installing qutebrowser | qutebrowser

Python Anywhere has a “Web Apps” section.

But can I view an existing website (not my own) using a Python based browser on that server?

QuteBrowser is a GUI application. PythonAnywhere seems to not support GUI applications.
