Thank you. My understanding was also to implement it for the election in 2025 (2026 term). So delaying to commit sounds good to me.

Now that the vote for the 2025 SC has been closed, I will merge my PR. I will put today’s date in (Dec 10, 2024) in the change log entry and link back to this thread.
