I have 442 exo files (1 Video) in one folder. How can I Convert it to a single video format.
As python has a various modules and packages for working with the MP4 files and exo files.
It’s not possible without the key, i.e. if you don’t own the files. Exo files are encrypted, commonly originating on YouTube.
Let me describe,
I have a total of nine episodes that I downloaded onto Jio Hotstar, and I want to transfer these downloaded episodes to a pen drive.
To do this, I followed the path: Internal Storage > Android > data > com.jiohotstar, where I accessed the episodes.
Each episode is stored in its own folder, and within each folder, there is a large number of .exo files.
If there is any possibility that it can be done using python, it will be easy for me.
It would be easy. However Python is not magic pixie dust that is able to decrypt encrypted files without the decryption key.

Commercial TV Channels will go out of business if they made it this easy to steal their content.
Jio Hotstar’s app either contains the encryption key somewhere (probably in a protected form they’ve locked until they check for a valid subscription) or it downloads it as and when needed (and deleted it afterwards), but only for logged-in users with a subscription.
What is the concept of encryption key and decryption key of Jio Hotstar?

Because, as @JamesParrott has already told you thrice now, it isn’t possible (or at least very least practical) to do what you suggest. Not to mention doing so is likely illegal under the laws of many countries (including the US where this forum is based), and we’re not here to help you break the law.
