Howto engage Python contributors in the long term?

• “Tech is easy” (is it? perhaps if you have 15 years of experience and eschew the remaining hard topics… otherwise where’s the CPython JIT that solves all performance problems? )
• “Python is all about people” (should we stop caring about features or regressions?)

I like the above points made. I think, @vstinner you are getting motivated by other general things.

• Tech is not easy.
• Python is, like any other multi-person project is also about people.
  All these points have Zero-Signal value, in my opinion.

Personally, I just nod, and acknowledge when I hear these at conference talks. We all can agree , right?
