Sorry for the inconvenience, this is a system that comes default with discourse to prevent SPAM and flooding messages. It will go away in one day. I will increase the limit 20 more anyway.
@pablogsal can you levy these restrictions on my userid? this is rather annoying and getting in the way of a proper PEP discussion. Alternatively I can get back to a distutils-sig mailing list discussion.
