I just got an email containing this paragraph:
If you are a voting-eligible member and do not already have a login, please sign up and then email psf-donations@pyfound.org so we can link your membership to your account. Please ensure you have an account that is linked to your membership so that we can have the most up-to-date contact information for you in the future. Please note: Your membership may be in a grace period or recently lapsed. We wanted to reach out to you just in case you’d like to join us again!
psf-donations@pyfound.org bounces with a " Your message wasn’t delivered to psf-donations@pyfound.org because the address couldn’t be found, or is unable to receive mail." gmail error.
Nevermind that the SSL cert on psfmember.org shows no chain of trust and there’s a bunch of inconsistent linking to other “PSF member login” stuff on Sign up as member | Python.org
I raised is https://psfmember.org/ legit? why should it be trusted? · Issue #2448 · python/pythondotorg · GitHub about the weird collection of insecure and arguably untrustworthy domains that now appear to be orbiting the PSF :-/
