I have recently come across the Go walkthrough and wonder it there any similar resource available in Python which helps to learn about libraries?
I don’t know if there is a similar blog post, and I may not be telling you anything new, but there is this:
which has references to documentation for all the built-in modules, organized by their kind.
If you’re trying to find something more like a tutorial, rather than a reference, then one of the links on BeginnersGuide/Programmers - Python Wiki might be useful?
Maybe this meets your criteria?
