I’ve been joking to people that the race is on as to what happens first: 2023 results get released or 2024 survey gets announced. I’ve felt for a few years that this survey is exploited by JetBrains for market research (they have included questions in the past like “What features are missing from your IDE?” and then withheld that data from the published datasets, along with all the verbatims). It seems pretty weird that it should take this long to release the results.
