Run make -j4 regen-all

Produces at end of output:
make Python/deepfreeze/deepfreeze.o
make[1]: Entering directory ‘/home/runner/work/cpython/cpython’
./_bootstrap_python ./Programs/_freeze_module.py abc ./Lib/abc.py Python/frozen_modules/abc.h

make: *** [Makefile:1270: regen-deepfreeze] Error 2
make: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs…
Error: Process completed with exit code 2.

On my local machine did similar:
/usr/bin/ld: Python/fileutils.o:/home/me/Documents/cpython/Python/fileutils.c:1777: more undefined references to `PyErr_CheckSignals’ follow
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [Makefile:1259: Programs/_freeze_module] Error 1
make: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs…
python3.11 ./Tools/scripts/update_file.py ./Parser/parser.c ./Parser/parser.new.c

Google led me to issue35908.
Which concluded: found it, Setup.dist was renamed to Setup.

So I tried that and I got:
make -j4 regen-all
make: *** No rule to make target ‘Modules/Setup’, needed by ‘Makefile’. Stop.

So reverted that change, but noted that Setup.dist doesn’t exist. Ideas?
