Im not exaggerating when I say I’ve been trying all day to get python installed correctly.
Im installing onto W10
When using the recommended installer for 3.14 the installer does not present me with any options.
When I download the installer exe for 64bit system this does ask me where id like to install python and to add to PATH etc.
It seems to me that the interpreter works fine. But when it comes installing the necessary files for QT Designer via a command console, the designer.exe is never downloaded.
It doesn’t seem to matter how I install it or where. I’ve tried pyqt 5 & 6 and Ive tried creating a virtual environment.
Your files went to the Downloads folder in Windows. This is the default setting for several major browsers. You can change the setting in the browser to ask you where to put downloads in your browser settings. Go to the browser settings, search for “Download”.
