# Packaging Project Manager Monthly update - March/April/May

- Interviewed shortlisted teams
- [Finalized PyPI Organization Account Detailed Scope](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1U3d8fCnoxeuZvy2WmXL6pxyfXuW10LN5F8Jp7fr6S2w/edit?usp=sharing)
- Set up [project board](https://github.com/orgs/pypa/projects/5/views/1?layout=board) and prepared for development team onboarding
- Managing the project- [weekly team meetings](https://wiki.python.org/psf/PackagingWG#PyPI_Organization_Account), ensuring there are no major delays, internal testing
- [Prepared for and conducted first user interview](https://wiki.python.org/psf/PackagingWG#PyPI_Organization_Account)
- Initiated [Python Packaging Vision/Strategy project](https://discuss.python.org/t/rfc-survey-to-help-define-a-python-packaging-vision-and-strategy/15658/21)- this has been delayed as we intend to work with an external consultant to improve the survey questions
- Initiated [Packaging Fellowship project](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1rryhU7IRjWGQLipc2Bd9lVdZZn55pHCSKlXA4jEMAcc/edit?usp=sharing)- this is still a work in progress and the document will be shared with the community once it has been finalized and reviewed
