Yes I agree with the re-raise analysis, but see no real difference in break/continue/return inside an except block or a finally

It’s the explicit purpose of except to suppress exceptions. That’s not the purpose of finally at all.

• Errors should never pass silently.
• Unless explicitly silenced.
