Just noticed this PEP asks for defining names without a `Py`/`_Py` prefix: `_remote_debugger_support` and `MAX_SCRIPT_PATH_SIZE`:

```c
typedef struct _remote_debugger_support {
    int debugger_pending_call;
    char debugger_script_path[MAX_SCRIPT_PATH_SIZE];
} _PyRemoteDebuggerSupport;
```

Could the struct tag be removed and a `Py_` added before `MAX`? (See PR [#135924](https://github.com/python/cpython/pull/135924/files))
