# Pre-PEP: Dependency sources in pyproject.toml

It is not something I am confronted with personally, so I can not really judge the suggested solution here, but it seems fine. If you are interested I think I had collected links to such concrete reports over there at [Proposal: overrides for installers](https://discuss.python.org/t/proposal-overrides-for-installers/23666) (an old idea with overlapping scope).
