I really recommend a help phone line. This is really inconvenient.
So begins an email to firstname.lastname@example.org this morning. It went right into the trash, as there is an auto-reply for such mail. Still, the thought popped into my head, “Maybe PSF should operate a 900 number to (partially) defray costs of an in-person support number.”
I can’t claim I was “thinking outside the box,” as essentially no thinking was involved. Still, operating some sort of support line (contracting with an existing company to offer support?) might be something to think about.
