Python 3.13 alpha 1 contains breaking changes, what's the plan?

No, this is not business as usual. See C API: My plan to clarify private vs public functions in Python 3.13

I have been following all the C-API related changes closely.
I welcome the work @vstinner is doing.
The free-threading is just putting added urgency on that work.

For me this is “business as usual”.
