Just reposting this here for visibility, the `#python-dev` and `#python-dev-notifs` channels are moving from freenode to [libera.chat](https://libera.chat/) as per Victor on the [mailing list](https://mail.python.org/archives/list/python-dev@python.org/thread/FQW44V4DZFX4GAGOAMAZAN5KDQXCASDU/).
