I’ve tried installing and using the dotenv import, but it continually tells me that it isn’t on PATH, even though I’ve added the scripts folder to PATH.
Please post the exact error you see and what software reported the error.

You may have need to logout and login again.
If you shutdown and logged in the next day that might explain it.
