Why can I not choose my install path for python why is it set to C:\ not everyone doing this has the space to install all the programs we need to our hard drive we should be able to change the path to another drive that we have space on
You don’t have to install it on the C drive.
The installer has “Customize installation” on the first ‘page’.
No it lets you download the installer to which ever drive you want but when you run the installer to actually install the program it automatically directs the install of the program to c drive i want to install the program not just the installer to a separate drive
The installer defaults to installing Python on the C drive, but, as I said, you can change that.
