Recommendations for new Python user?

Hi,

I’m new to Python. I am planning on getting the Python certifications as a starting point, PCEP, PCAP, PCPP1, PCPP2.

1. Are these certifications worth it?
2. Any recommended courses on Coursera to help me with these certifications? I have currently completed Python For Everybody and Learn to Program: Python Fundamentals.
3. If I am changing my career to Python, what else should I start with?

Official Certification

Is there some official Python certification Course or exam? I don’t want to do it from some third-party sites, like Geekforgeeks, Coursera or any. Can’t find any official python site for certification. Help will be appreciated.

This here is a very well written book to get you started with learning Python fundamentals. Highly recommended as it is comprehensive, well written, provides an abundance of examples, and covers most topics in Python.
