My personal two cents would be trial run it on a few people first. We’ve had a lot of surveys from PhD students where the questions really didn’t make any sense or focussed on some trivial detail with nowhere to say no, this is what really matters. And since all questions are invariably mandatory, you either have to answer at random or give up on the whole survey.
