[PR138828](https://github.com/python/cpython/pull/138828) has been awaiting review for over a year. It implements the new ` **shutdown** ` feature to `multiprocessing.Queue` in order to be consistant with the `threading`and `asyncio` queues which already implement this behavior. A review would be appreciated. Thank you.
