I have a window that has a bunch of buttons. When the buttons exceed the height of the window, I want to use a scrollbar. The document says that if I set the 4thh argument of of ScrollWindowEx to Null, it will scroll the entire window, but when I set it to None, it throws an ArgumentError. This is the exact error: ctypes.ArgumentError: argument 4: <class 'TypeError'>: expected RECT instance instead of NoneType. If I make a Rect(), it throws the same error, but for argument 5.
