Probably, but that’s a question for the SC. I do know Discord is where questions around the meeting notes came up.
No, but reading the meeting notes isn’t a requirement either. I would argue that having notes that say, “talked about PEP NNN” isn’t as meaningful as when the SC announces their pronouncement. The notes really just let you know where the SC’s time went and thus what they are currently talking about, but it doesn’t provide any great insights into anything IMO that you don’t get from their pronouncement posts that are made here.
