Exactly what happened when you tried following these steps? Exactly what did you think should happen instead, and how is that different?
For example, the title says “unable to install pygrib”, so I assume that you mean that you tried to use Anaconda to install “pygrib”, and I assume that by “pygrib” you mean this. But it would be better to say these things up front.
