What is the purpose of tags here? Every time I add a post, I intend to place a tag that would specify it. For example, if it is Tkinter related. But there is no such tag. [Tags look](https://discuss.python.org/tags) more like to have an organizational function for admins.

One can subscribe to a tag (“watch”, or “track” in Discourse terminology), in order to receive a notification when there is activity on any discussion with this tag.

I think it is possible to create tags at will. Or at least, I can. Maybe it depends on the account’s “trust level” on this forum.
