# What new Reference or Explanation would usefully reduce confusion?

I would recommend getting in touch with the maintainers of the [_Python Packaging User Guide_](http://packaging.python.org/) (_PyPUG_ for short), which is maintained [over there on GitHub](https://github.com/pypa/packaging.python.org). As far as I can tell the maintainers are also active here on this very Discourse forum, see for example their current topic of discussion [“_Removing setup.cfg and setup.py from the packaging tutorial_”](https://discuss.python.org/t/removing-setup-cfg-and-setup-py-from-the-packaging-tutorial/16096).
