- Nathan Goldbaum joined us for Office Hours to discuss changes he has in mind for the buffer protocol, and how to best shepherd PEP discussions.
- We contemplated the Core Team sprint at OpenAI for quite some more time.
- The SC declined to veto Seth Larson’s promotion to the Core Team, and Stan Ulbrych’s promotion to PSRT admin.
- We discussed a proposed security fix with a small backward incompatibility and decided the fix was worth the theoretical breaking change.
- We updated ourselves on the ongoing discussion on PR 122971 and decided to discuss it with the Developer-in-Residence next week.
- We briefly discussed the PSF’s proposed strategic plan.
