Add CSS to prevent collapse of repeated spaces in inline code block

By default repeated space in an inline code block are not displayed correctly: `0 1 2 3 4`.

This can apparently be fixed with a site wide CSS change. Since whitespaces can be significant in python code, I would suggest adding that.

Change added to the available themes. Refresh to see it format correctly. Thanks for reporting.
