Add cygwin to the list of Classifiers

Hi there,

I did a search and couldn’t find anything about this anywhere.

I develop a Python module that works on Windows, as well as macOS and Linux, but Windows support is exclusively via Cygwin. There’s not really a classifier anywhere that allows me to show this, so I was wondering if we could have a new one next to Environment :: Win32 (MS Windows), perhaps:

Environment :: Cygwin (MS Windows)

I might be missing something, but I can’t find anything related to requesting a new classifier on that page.

Cheers, I see it now. Once I’ve submitted my PR, I’ll link to it and close this discussion - might as well not have discussion in multiple places for the same issue.

It was merged, so there’s now a classifier for Cygwin.
