Api-ms-win-core-path-l1-1-0.dll not found warning using auto-py-to-exe

I am using windows 11 of 64bit. When I create exe using auto-py-to-exe then during exe generation process i seen warning message related to api-ms-win-core-path-l1-1-0.dll file. Now i run this exe in another window 10 operating system then it shows error for this dll file. Now i online search of this dll file for 64bit architecture but i found only for 32bit architecture. And i copied this downloaded dll file in system32 and syswow64 folder of local disk C. After that i created exe file but still shows same warning for same dll file and still this exe shows same error when run in another window 10 64bit operating system.

One more point can i run exe file in window 7 64bit, if exe created in window 11 64bit operating system.

You are very unlikely to be able to run win11 built exe on win 7, too much changed in windows.

This is part of the windows OS and should not need installing.

Can you try building you .exe on a windows 10 system?
I expect that it will the run on win10 and win11.
