bugs.python.org is currently seeing downtime due to an underlying hosting issue affecting block storage.

While we await updates from the hosting provider, I’ve verified we have backups ready to restore if necessary from about 1 hour before the downtime began and dropped the TTL on the DNS record for bugs.python.org to expedite relocation if necessary.

Until more information from the hosting provider is heard, I’m going to wait on spinning up a new host as we don’t have the ability to do so on the same provider due to the outage, and don’t have another provider handy.

The hosting provider has given the all clear and bugs.python.org is back online.

I’m doing some further sanity checks to ensure consistency, but things look clean!
