Clustering with L∞ -norm (max-norm)

I’m looking for a library function, which can cluster a low size, low dimensional data into unknown number of clusters based on distance threshold given by L∞ -norm:

$\displaystyle \left\|x\right\|_{\infty }=\max \left\{|x_{1}|,|x_{2}|,\dotsc ,|x_{n}|\right\}$
