I downloaded Python 3.13.7,but I don’t need this app.So I decide to uninstall it.But it work out.I can’t close this program.please help me!Thank you!

Have you tried right-clicking the installer .msi file and selecting “Run as administrator"? This may solve the permissions problem you are encountering.
