I moderate a list on mail.python.org, but it appears my credentials no longer work, coinciding with what appears to be a significant upgrade to the UI. The previous mailman password no longer works, nor do any of the other 3 python.org domains I’ve apparently got logins for,
I can’t log in, a password reset mail never arrives and I can’t find any contact info anywhere at all. Can anyone please point me in the right direction?
A number of mailing lists were moved to Mailman 3. After which I, e.g., couldn’t get to any admin functions for the old spambayes mailing lists. Turned out python.org had more than one mailing address for me, and decided to just forget all but one of them. I needed to log in as a plain list subscriber for one of them, and use the UI to add the “forgotten” email addresses to my profile.
Your case may be different! But I’m sure it’s nothing they can’t fix
