How to export a variable from a loop to a excel?

Hi i’m new at python programming and i need to export the data from a variable (pos) to excel without erasing the old data.
The way i’m doing is this:

But every time i run the program, the old data is erased, and only stays the latest data in the first line on excel. How can I set the program to insert the data in the next line without erasing any data?
