How to verify CLA for patches?

I updated a contributed patch and created a pull request. I’ve signed a CLA, so whatever bot that checks off the CLA stuff things we’re good. In reality, it’s not quite good. How do you go about verifying whether a bpo user (krypten, in this case) who didn’t publish their real name has signed the CLA?

The * after their name at Issue 23041: csv needs more quoting rules - Python tracker indicates that they did in fact sign the CLA. Clicking their username I can see that it seems to have been signed in 2014.

samwyse has also signed, just a couple of weeks ago.

Thanks. It would never have dawned on me that the asterisk signified that a user was CLA-okay.
