I can't seem to install python properly in my system i keep getting this message whenever i try to check the version in my terminal

Python was not found; run without arguments to install from the Microsoft Store, or disable this shortcut from Settings > Manage App Execution Aliases.

Did you install python from python.org?
If so use the py.exe command to run python.
