I have a Win10 machine at home, but use my laptop sparingly. I’m trying to find a version that I can install on the laptop; however, I can’t find that particular shrubbery.
Any information that can be provided would be appreciated.
Python 3.8 is the most recent version of Python that supports Windows 7. 3.8.10 was the last version to have a precompiled installer. If you want to compile from source you can use 3.8.20.

(Looking at Python Releases for Windows | Python.org, you can see that everything later than Python 3.8 explicitly excludes Windows 7 and earlier as a supported operating system.)
