Moving core-mentorship

First, hello.

Second, I think core-mentorship should also be added to the lists we can potentially replace with this instance if this works out.

OTOH core-mentorship is already a Mailman 3 list, and that means you can use Hyperkitty, which has similar functionality to Discourse. So I think it may be too soon. (Though depending on the moderation powers of Hyperkitty vs. those in Discourse this may change.)

PS. I wish to move the subthread starting with Brettā€™s mention of core-mentorship to a better topic name (e.g. ā€œMoving core-mentorshipā€). Is that possible?

Done! Tell me if you want me to move this to another category (like committers).

Thanks! Iā€™m more interested in learning how to do this myself. Or do you have to be level 4?

I believe you have to be higher level to actually forcibly move already existing posts to a new topic. However if you just want to split of the discussion into a new thread with a link back to the original you can click the little chain / hyperlink icon at the bottom of a post and hit ā€œNew Topocā€, and there will be a marker here indicating a split off topic and your new post will exist as an independent thread.

Yeah, but three posts in thatā€™s a little late. So Iā€™m glad Pablo has superpowers!
