Try matplotlib.pyplot.scatter. The documentation has a nice example:

Thanks for your prompt and valuable tips. I am interested to draw a scatter graph of max data. I have data in CSV file of 5 different fields. The data in these fields are string data and have more than 15k records. My main objective to display one DOT for single record. However, I don’t know how to do it.
I would be so thankful if you could please give a short time for short meeting and guide me.
